Built in 1912 by the Grand United Order of the Odd Fellows and envisioned by Benjamin J. Davis, this iconic Atlanta landmark, featured in the film Baby Driver, originally served as a hub for Black businesses, community services, and entertainment.

Our team facilitated an off-market sale, representing the seller and securing Georgia Works as the buyer. In 2024-2025, the nonprofit renovated the ~40,000 sq. ft. building to support its mission of empowering chronically homeless men to achieve self-sufficiency.
